MOL Polska invites an experienced Cards Service Sales Representative to join the team in Pomorskie. You will drive B2B sales of fuel cards and related services, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with MOL Group units to deliver top-tier customer service.

The role emphasizes negotiation, market insight, and use of Salesforce CRM to report activities; located in Pomorskie region with opportunities across nearby areas.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in the fuel or TSL market is a plus.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and build long-term relationships.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Experience with digital tools and CRM systems.

• Develop sales of MOL fuel cards and additional services.

Cards Service Sales Representative (K/M)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales; familiarity with the fuel industry and the TSL (transport, shipping, and logistics) market is a plus. At least one year of experience in a sales expert role.
• Ability to organize own work,
• Goal-oriented, high personal culture, ability to build lasting relationships,
• Analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure
• Actively acquire new customers and business partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare and conclude sales agreements.
• Develop sales of fuel cards and additional services offered by MOL.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and continuously develop the customer portfolio.
• Cooperate with MOL Group organizational units to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Support customers in using digital tools and channels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and propose initiatives supporting business growth.
• Report sales activities and performance using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in projects aimed at developing the product offering and improving customer service standards.
