Job summary

MOL Group Polska is seeking a Junior Fleet System Support Specialist to join our IT and operations teams in Gdańsk. The role focuses on fleet systems, reports, and testing new functionalities.

You will prepare regular business reports, troubleshoot system issues, help test new features, and optimize processes. English required; higher education and databases/SQL experience are assets.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SQL.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

Junior Fleet System Support Specialist (K/M)

Your duties will include

• Preparing and delivering regular business reports
• Ensuring the functionality of fleet systems in terms of error handling, problem analysis, notifications and verification of repair implementation
• Supporting the process of testing new functionalities of IT systems, including preparing test scenarios and reporting results.
• Optimization of systems and processes

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in building databases,
• Good knowledge of MS EXCEL and SQL will be an advantage
• Communication skills and teamwork skills
• English at an advanced level
• Analytical and technical skills will be an added advantage
