Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Junior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Reporting Team. You will help prepare financial statements for BBH clients across multiple regions and support internal controls, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

The role requires strong English, numerical aptitude, and good communication skills with basic Excel/Word proficiency. We offer a hybrid work model, professional development, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in finance, accounting, math or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for BBH clients.
• Perform internal controls as part of the process.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of client tasks; liaise with BBH teams.

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Reporting Team. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the preparation of financial statements for investment funds registered in Luxembourg, Ireland, United States and Cayman Islands.

On this position you will be responsible for:

• Preparing financial statements for BBH clients in cooperation with relevant departments
• Performing the internal controls agreed for the process
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client related tasks, including communicating with other BBH teams

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English (min B2+)
• Primary degree in a finance, accounting, mathematic related disciplines, and/or equivalent work experience
• Highly organized, detail oriented and pro-active individuals
• Strong numerical ability and analytical skills
• Very good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with basic Excel and Word skills
• Primary degree in a finance, accounting, mathematic related disciplines, and/or equivalent work experience would be an asset
