Job summary

RTB House, a global AI-powered adtech company, seeks a Finance professional to support the Financial Controller in supervising foreign subsidiaries and preparing data for consolidation. You will collaborate with local staff and external offices to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years of finance/controlling experience, solid accounting knowledge, and strong Excel skills. A proactive, detail-oriented team player will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment at our Poland

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area.
• 1–3 years in finance, controlling, accounting or audit.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
• Good understanding of financial reporting principles.
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller in supervising foreign subsidiaries.
• Maintain contact with local finance staff and external offices.
• Prepare financial data for consolidation, reporting and management.
• Develop financial analyses, reports and forecasts under guidance.
• Gather reporting data from sources and verify completeness.
• Support accounts receivable monitoring and credit risk review.
• Assist cash flow forecasting and payment management.
• Document controlling processes within the Capital Group.
• Collaborate with central finance, business units and profit centers.
• Help improve financial processes; assist with ad hoc tasks.
