Job summary

Sii Polska is seeking a Junior Events Specialist to support local events, plan activities, and turn ideas into memorable experiences for participants. You will help develop event content, coordinate CSR initiatives, and assist in organizing employee competitions with a focus on engaging communications.

The role requires strong creativity, Canva proficiency, and fluency in Polish with good English, plus willingness to work from the Bydgoszcz office 2–3 days a week on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Student status preferred – preferred fields: management, marketing, communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create content for various communication channels
• Passion, creativity, conceptual thinking, and the ability to generate new, unconventional ideas
• Ability to plan and organize work time, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Very good knowledge of Canva
• Communicative knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of Polish
• Availability for 1/4 of a full-time position and readiness to work from the Sii Bydgoszcz office 2-3 times a week
