Job summary

Royal Canin in Warsaw is seeking a Junior e-Key Account Manager (f/m/x) on a fixed-term contract until December 2027. The role blends sales and analytics to grow our e-commerce partnerships across Poland in a hybrid work setting with up to 50% remote work.

You will build relationships with key e-commerce customers, execute sales strategy, monitor KPIs, and contribute to business plans, forecasts, and promotional activities while collaborating with marketing and category teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and drive customer growth.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Fluency in Polish and English for international communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
• University degree in Business/Marketing/Economics or related field.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Experience with e-commerce customers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with key e-commerce customers in Poland.
• Execute Royal Canin’s sales strategy and hit KPIs.
• Prepare, implement and monitor business plans for assigned customers.
• Own sales performance, forecasting and contribute to S&OP+ processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire partners.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights and reports.
• Lead negotiations and agree terms of cooperation.
• Plan and execute promotions and activations with budget management.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing and category teams.
• Implement the Perfect Digital Store strategy and joint plans.
