Job summary

Royal Canin in Warsaw is seeking a Junior e-Key Account Manager (f/m/x) on a fixed-term contract until December 2027. The role blends sales and analytics to grow our e-commerce partnerships across Poland in a hybrid work setting with up to 50% remote work.

You will build relationships with key e-commerce customers, execute sales strategy, monitor KPIs, and contribute to business plans, forecasts, and promotional activities while collaborating with marketing and category teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and drive customer growth.

• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Fluency in Polish and English for international communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
• University degree in Business/Marketing/Economics or related field.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Experience with e-commerce customers is advantageous.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Build and develop long-term relationships with key e-commerce customers in the Polish market.
• Execute Royal Canin’s sales strategy and deliver agreed business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare, implement, and monitor business plans for assigned customers.
• Take ownership of sales performance, sales forecasting, and actively contribute to the S&OP+ process.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new commercial partners.
• Analyze sales data and provide business insights, recommendations, and reports.
• Lead commercial negotiations and agree terms of cooperation with customers.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing activations while ensuring effective investment management.
• Manage activation budgets and collaborate closely with e-commerce, marketing, and category management teams.
• Implement the Perfect Digital Store strategy and develop joint business plans with customers.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Royal Canin policies, standards, and ways of working.

What We Are Looking For?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI will be considered an advantage.
• The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• A valid Category B driving license.
• Previous experience working with e-commerce customers or knowledge of the e-commerce channel will be considered an advantage.
