Job summary

Brilliance.com is seeking a junior E-commerce Product Assistant to join our team in Gdynia. You will help update and maintain our product catalog, ensure descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate, and support the Product Manager with daily catalog activities.

This onsite role is ideal for someone starting a career in e-commerce, product management, digital merchandising, or product catalog management.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and curiosity; willingness to learn.
Ability to work onsite in Gdynia.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
Interest in e-commerce and product catalog management.
Good communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain the online product catalog (descriptions, images, pricing, availability).
Ensure product pages are complete, accurate, and easy to understand.
Review descriptions, categorization, attributes, and brand consistency.
Support Product Manager with daily catalog maintenance and development.
Identify errors, missing information, and inconsistencies in listings.
Help resolve issues related to products, availability, descriptions, and specs.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations on updates and launches.
Assist with product-related customer inquiries.
Work with product data in Excel, Google Sheets, and other e-commerce tools.
Suggest improvements to make the assortment easier to shop.
