Limango Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a hands-on Automation/AI specialist to drive workflow automation across business units. You will partner with CRM, IT and ML teams to design scalable solutions, reduce manual tasks, and shorten turnaround times within a hybrid/remote-friendly setup in Poland.

The role emphasizes process simplification, data-driven decision making, and responsible delivery of AI-powered improvements for an e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in process automation, process improvement, business analysis or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from diverse sources.
• Good English skills to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and collaborate with business teams to understand processes and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions to reduce manual effort and shorten turnaround times.
• Simplify processes before automating, then implement with workflow tools and IT/business teams.
• Discover new use cases for automation and test ideas with business cases and pilots.
• Measure impact with KPIs and monitor effects of automations over time.
• Document, monitor and further develop automations, including error handling and access rights.
• Advise teams, manage expectations, and align priorities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Graphic, Shop, IT, and ML teams.

YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

• Analyze and collaborate closely with business teams to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g. workflow automation, intelligent data processing) to reduce manual effort and shorten turnaround times.
• Simplify processes before automating them, then implement them with workflow tools (e.g. n8n), integrations and AI solutions, or deliver them together with IT and business teams.
• Discover new potential: Identify new use cases for automation and AI, test ideas with business cases and quick pilots.
• Measure impact by defining KPIs (e.g. hours saved, lead times, error rates, costs) and track the effect of automations continuously.
• Document, monitor and further develop automations, including error handling, access rights and fallbacks
• Advise business teams, manage expectations, offer training and best practices, and align a priority list with stakeholders.
• Working closely with the CRM, Graphic, Shop, IT, and Machine Learning teams.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• A hands-on mentality – you enjoy becoming an expert and diving deep into different processes and tools.
• A conscientious and detail-oriented way of working – you will be responsible for business-critical workflows
• Experience in process automation, process improvement, business analysis or a comparable role, ideally in e-commerce or retail
• Good technical understanding and experience with workflow and automation tools (e.g. n8n)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine and interpret data from different sources.
• Good English skills, as you will work in an international environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The remuneration is paid in arrears, on the last day of the calendar month. Any other part of the employee's remuneration is determined by the employment contract.
