Job summary

Greenbrier is seeking a Junior Design Engineer in Świdnica to join our engineering team and support railway projects. You will work with 3D models, technical drawings and documentation, developing your engineering skills and knowledge in railway design.

Education in Mechanical/Design Engineering is required, with English proficiency and MS Office skills. Experience in railway design is advantageous but not required. This role offers growth with Greenbrier's European operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in railway design would be an advantage but is not required.
• Proficient in CAD Systems and able to prepare 3D models and design drawings.
• Ability to search for industry standards for wagons.
• Strong MS Office skills and good communication.

Job Summary

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: Previous experience in engineering or railway design would be an advantage, but is not required.
• Hard skills:
• Proficient in CAD Systems,
• Prepare 3D model, design drawings, technical documents,
• Ability to search for industry standards for wagons.
• Soft skills:
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Driver's license (B)
