Job summary

Greenbrier Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a student or graduate to join our Human Resources team in Świdnica. You will support HR Business Partners, assist with onboarding, and help organize employee events while developing data-driven insights.

You will gain exposure to HR processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across recruitment, payroll and personnel administration. Proactive, analytical candidates will thrive in our collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Student or graduate in HR-related fields.
  • Interest in HR business partnering and people management.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyse data and work with numbers.
  • Good organizational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • English language knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners in daily employee and management support.
  • Assist with HR processes including onboarding.
  • Prepare reports, analyses and summaries relating to HR data.
  • Help organize meetings, workshops and events for employees.
  • Assist in monitoring HR metrics and preparing presentations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, personnel administration, employee development and payroll teams.

About Greenbrier

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting HR Business Partners in their day-to-day support of employees and management.
  • Assisting with HR processes, including onboarding.
  • Preparing reports, analyses and summaries relating to HR data.
  • Assisting with the organization of meetings, workshops and events for employees.
  • Helping to monitor HR metrics and prepare presentations for the business.
  • Collaborating with other HR teams (recruitment, personnel administration, employee development, payroll).
Your profile
  • Student or graduate status in fields related to human resources management, psychology, management, sociology or related disciplines.
  • An interest in the field of HR Business Partnering and human resources management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to think analytically and work with data.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Accuracy, responsibility and a commitment to data confidentiality.
  • A communicative level of English would be an advantage.
