Job summary

Webellian Sp.z o o is building a Central Data Platform for a leading insured company, with 80+ specialists and a modern stack including Databricks, dbt, and Power BI on Azure. We seek a Junior Data Engineer to help develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes, while learning from experienced engineers.

You will gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies, large-scale data processing, and AI/ML tooling, including GenAI approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, storage).
• Assist in preparing high-quality datasets for ML and document processing.
• Work with Python, SQL, and Databricks to implement solutions.
• Support data quality checks, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and team members to improve data workflows.
