Job summary

EY GDS Poland invites you to join the NextGen Talent Internship as a Junior Pentester. You will work in a multinational security team, delivering high standards of cybersecurity across diverse clients. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, analysis and reporting, with a path toward full-time opportunities.

The internship spans 3 months, paid, with a hybrid work model: Katowice office days with remote work optional. Strong English required; knowledge of OWASP Top10 beneficial.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security issues at the technical level.
• Knowledge of solutions and recommendations to prevent or mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of networking architecture, protocols, OS, and web applications.
• Understanding of OWASP Top10 concepts.
• Experience with Burp Suite and/or Kali Linux.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent command of English; German or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on testing, analysis and reporting for cybersecurity projects.
• Contribute technically to client and internal projects in a security context.
• Support delivery of high security standards across multiple customers.
