Job summary

CloudFerro is seeking a Junior Controller to join our finance team in Warsaw. The role focuses on cost allocation in Webcon, invoice review, and month-end accruals, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and process improvement.

You will work with Excel, learn Webcon quickly, and support cost and revenue analyses for international projects in the space and Earth observation ecosystem. English proficiency (B2) is required, and a proactive attitude is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Up to one year of professional experience — internships or student placements count.
• Comfortable working with Excel and learning Webcon quickly.

Responsibilities

• Checking whether costs are correctly allocated in Webcon.
• Reviewing invoices and ensuring timely approvals.
• Preparing month-end accruals based on Webcon data.
• Analysing costs and cost allocations; supporting cost and revenue analysis.
• Contributing to development of Webcon and improving financial processes.
