ITDS is seeking a Junior Finance Data Controller in Warsaw to support accurate financial operations, cost controlling, reporting, and process optimization. You will work with Finance leadership, HR, Sales, project teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality data and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting/finance or controlling.
• Experience with accruals, AP, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost accruals, reversals, reconciliations, and cost-related entries.
• Review supplier invoices and employee expenses with accurate cost allocation across projects.
• Monitor costs against budgets and forecasts; investigate variances and unusual transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities and post-closing analyses.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and management analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Process supplier payments and manage accounts payable balances.
• Assist end-to-end purchase-to-payment workflows and resolve supplier/internal discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance workflows and automate tasks.
• Assist audits and maintain SOPs.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, and project teams on finance-related matters.
