Job summary

FOTC is seeking a team member to provide Google Workspace technical support from our Wrocław/Warsaw/Szczecin offices or remotely. You’ll assist clients in optimizing Google Cloud and Workspace, handling issue resolution and onboarding tasks.

Ideal candidates will have IT experience (DNS, OS, networks), strong Google service knowledge (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and fluent English and Polish. We offer round-the-clock support and opportunities to participate in migrations and trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT environment with DNS, OS, and networks.
• Knowledge of Google services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar.
• Willingness to work with customers daily.
• English (C1) and Polish (C2).

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for clients regarding SaaS services.
• Assist with SaaS product training, materials, and module delivery.
• Support migrations from third-party solutions to SaaS platforms.
• Participate in industry events, providing organizational and technical support.
• Support the sales and marketing departments.
