Job description
What you’ll do:
Attending meetings with internal clients, building, and maintaining relationships
Filtering report requests coming into the portal and forwarding them for further analysis
Gathering requirements from internal clients and collaborating to translate them into basic technical requirements
Coordinating with internal clients to agree on how report columns will be mapped and interpreted
Implementing standard reports in Excel and Power BI
Collaborating on the preparation of documentation related to report implementations
Verifying the consistency of output data with client requirements
What we’re looking for:
University degree (preferably in transportation or logistics)
Experience working with large data sets or in a junior analyst role
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel
Developing analytical skills, strong communication, and willingness to work with clients
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One
Familiarity with tools such as VBA, Python, Power Query, or Power BI
