Job summary

Dsv Air & Sea SAU in Warsaw is looking for a Reporting Analyst to build reporting solutions using Python and financial data. You will collaborate closely with business analysts to ensure reports meet client needs and optimize existing tools.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, knowledge of Python libraries, and solid Excel experience. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

What you’ll do:

• Build and develop reporting solutions based on transportation and financial data using our internal tool based on Python.
• Work closely with business analysts and other teams to design reports that truly meet client needs.
• Co‑create and customize reporting tools that support decision‑making.
• Automate, optimize, and improve existing solutions.
• Contribute to both internal and external projects, gaining broad exposure and experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Knowledge of Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, DateTime) for data transformation.
• Solid Excel skills and experience working with large datasets (or in a junior analyst role).
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Communicative English (min. B2).
• A proactive, creative, and team‑oriented approach – we value energy and a constructive mindset!

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One.
• Familiarity with VBA, PowerQuery, or Power BI.
