Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 2+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in statutory reporting and/or audit, ideally with funds or structured finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Fund Annual Returns for Cayman Islands‑registered private funds.
• Maintain accounting records for holding companies.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Review work prepared by junior team members.
• Assist with technical queries and collaborate with auditors.
• Support billing processes through accurate data collection.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation of procedures.
• Support wider team projects and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for holding companies, supporting Economic Substance reporting
• Liaise directly with clients to obtain required data and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Review work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance and support
• Assist with technical queries and collaborate with auditors, legal teams, and other stakeholders
• Support billing processes through accurate data collection and verification
• Contribute to process improvements, system implementation, and documentation of procedures
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Support wider team projects and ad hoc business initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 2+ years' post‑qualification experience
• Experience in statutory reporting and/or audit, ideally with exposure to funds or structured finance
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across MS Office
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused mindset
