Job summary

The role involves daily reconciliations and resolving payment delays, working with banks, regulators, and auditors as needed.

You will act as a Salesforce and cash-management system expert, train new teammates, and help identify bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in Finance (AP/AR) or related area.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to make methods and processes productive and efficient.
• Ability to monitor industry news and apply insights to decisions.

Responsibilities

• Handle Client deposits, withdrawals, and multi-currency transactions within a 24-hour SLA while ensuring strict compliance.
• Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements, payment processors, and internal ledgers, resolving discrepancies.
• Resolve complex payment delays for clients and collaborate with internal teams, banks, auditors, and regulators as needed.
• Closely work with regulators, banks and auditors on an as-needed basis.
• Act as a Salesforce and cash management system expert, training and onboarding new team members.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and participate in strategic projects to optimize global payment workflows.
• Take part in additional projects to support the global strategic goals of the organization and the Client Cash Management Team.
