Job summary

Ericsson in Łódź, Poland, is seeking developers to advance Radio Software for 5G/6G initiatives. You will primarily code in C++ and contribute to Java-based test tooling in a hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the office.

Join a cross-functional team; you will shape software solutions, participate in design, development, and rigorous testing of Radio Units, while leveraging Linux environments and agile processes.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ programming skills.
• A good understanding of Linux-based development environments.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G wireless communications, especially 3GPP specifications.
• Familiarity with essential software development tools, including version control systems, build systems, and scripting languages.
• An understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with people inside and outside your team.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies.
