Job summary

Ericsson in Łódź is seeking a skilled C++ developer to join our Radio Software Development team, helping evolve 5G tech and contribute to 6G research. Hybrid work with three days in the office.

You will develop C++ software for Radio Units, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in design, development, and testing across Linux environments and 3GPP-aligned specs.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ programming skills.
• Good understanding of Linux-based development environments.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G wireless communications, especially 3GPP specifications.
• Familiarity with essential software development tools, including version control systems, build systems, and scripting languages.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with people inside and outside your team.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies.

Location: Łódź, Poland | Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office
