Job summary

ABB Medium Voltage Drives in Aleksandrów Łódzki is recruiting a Junior Data Analytics & BI Specialist. You will join a team that uses data, analytics, automation, and AI to support strategic business decisions and drive operational excellence.

You will work with modern tools including Power BI, Databricks, Python, and SQL to build dashboards, data workflows, and AI-enabled solutions, contributing to continuous improvement in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or AI roles.
• Practical experience with Power BI, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI and LLMs and their business applications.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and further develop BI, AI, and automation solutions to maximize value and efficiency.
• Prepare, test, and maintain Python scripts, notebooks, and data workflows supporting analytics and reporting.
• Support, monitor, and improve LLM solutions used for failure analysis, knowledge extraction, and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports enabling data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to Databricks-based analytics workflows, data pipeline development, and data quality improvement.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to analytics, reporting, and automation tools.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support sustainability and knowledge sharing.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
