Job summary

ABB’s Data & Analytics Services within the Automation Business seeks a leader to drive global analytics, data management, and service operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across AU divisions and delivery partners to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

In this hybrid/remote role, you will manage cross-functional teams, define metrics, and shape technology roadmaps to align with digital transformation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading analytics, data, IT services, or BI teams in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data management, reporting, and service operations.
• Proven people leadership including coaching, performance management, and planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and tech units.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional global teams for maintenance of services, solutions, and apps.
• Plan and manage organization-wide processes, risk assessment, and change management.
• Define metrics to measure effectiveness and drive customer value through tech.
• Establish analytics methods to enable data-driven decision making across divisions.
