Job summary

Teltonika in Warsaw, Poland is hiring a Junior Backend Software Engineer to join our growing developers' team. You will design, implement and maintain embedded Linux software for IoT devices and contribute to our API framework used by multiple R&D teams.

You will collaborate with an international team, tackle complex problems and grow your skills in networking devices, industrial connectivity, and OpenWrt environments. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in C programming.
• 1+ year of experience working with various APIs.
• Experience in Shell and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of Git version control system.
• Knowledge of Linux-based systems.
• Good written and verbal English skills.

Teltonika's networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, maintain embedded Linux software ofIoTdevices
• Develop andmaintain our own API framework that is being used by other R&D teams
• Analyse and implement new technologies
• Collaborate with international team and solve complex problems

What we expect from you:

• 1+ yearsof experience in C programming
• 1+ years ofexperience working with various API's
• Experience in Shell/Python scripting
• Knowledge of Git version control system
• Knowledge of Linux based systems
• Good written and verbal English skills

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Technical education
• Knowledge of computer networks
• Experience in Lua programming
• Experience of working with OpenWrt
