Hiab Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a junior AP Accountant to help maintain accurate material-management records and support finance activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Education in Economics, Finance or Accounting.

• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision, timeliness, and commitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating in English both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Book and process accounting documents according to standards and policies
• Maintain timely and precise material accounting records and reports
• Resolve discrepancies in price, quantity, and documentation promptly
• Reconcile contractor balances and monitor payment accuracy
• Analyze purchase orders and account balances for assigned suppliers
• Manage documentation storage, archiving, and support inventory processes
• Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows and systems
• Operate within the ERP system to maintain data integrity and processes
• Adhere to all health, safety, and integrated management system regulations.

Your mission

As a junior AP Accountant you would be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records related to material management for Hiab Poland sp. z o.o. No accounting background? No problem. We are looking for a naturally detail-oriented individual who is meticulous when it comes to data entry and record-keeping. You should possess a strong sense of number confidence, meaning you feel completely at ease navigating spreadsheets and financial data. Most importantly, you are a proactive learner. If you are highly motivated to grasp new concepts and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment, you have exactly what it takes to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
