Job summary

Arla Group is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to support daily AP operations in an international environment. You will process invoices, handle vendor queries, and ensure high-quality data in SAP while collaborating across the business and with suppliers.

The role offers hybrid work and a focus on continuous improvement within the Source to Pay team. Applicants should hold a finance/accounting degree, be fluent in English and German (B2), and demonstrate accuracy, strong communication,

• German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level both written and spoken.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Accounts Payable operations by processing invoices.
• Handle vendor and stakeholder queries via Service Hub tool.
• Provide high service level to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Solve price discrepancies in SAP and Ariba system.
• Update Procurement Masterdata for better quality.
• Support improvements within the team and KPIs.
• Process and verify employee expense claims in SAP Concur, providing first-line support via email and chat.

Join our Source to Pay Department and play a vital role in our company. You will support daily Accounts Payable operations by processing invoices, handling vendor and stakeholder queries, and ensuring high-quality financial data in SAP. Working closely with colleagues across the business and external suppliers, you will help ensure timely and accurate invoice processing while maintaining compliance with internal controls and country-specific requirements. How you will make an impact

• Supporting Arla’s colleagues in ordering process and answering queries via Service Hub tool,
• Providinghigh service level to stakeholders and buildingstrong collaboration
• Solving price discrepancies in SAP and Ariba system,
• Updating Procurement Masterdata to support better quality,
• Supporting improvements implementation within the team
• Ensure delivery of operational KPIs within own area
• Processing and verifying employee expense claims in SAP Concur in line with company policies, country-specific guidelines, and standard procedures, while providing first-line support to employees via email and chat for Travel & Expense and SAP Concur-related queries.
