Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a process-minded professional to support the Account Project Delivery Lead and PMs in coordinating regional financial documents flow for capital projects. You will manage POs, work orders, forecasts, and reporting to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Engineering, strong MS Office skills, and attention to data quality. Hybrid work with a Warsaw-based premium workspace is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance of senior colleagues.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Smartsheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders, ensuring documentation is complete and approvals are secured
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track budgets, forecast spend, and monitor GR and IR
• Maintain PO and Work Order tracker across multiple systems for data accuracy
• Coordinate and manage flow of financial documentation for capital projects to support timely delivery
• Prepare standard reports, financial analyses, and materials for business reviews
• Participate in business review meetings, contributing insights and supporting decision-making
• Update and maintain databases and project management systems with attention to detail
• Assist in development of new reporting tools and processes
