Ericsson Łódź R&D site is seeking a self-motivated developer to join the 5G development team, helping to build core network products with C++ or Go and AI agents. You will work as an R&D engineer in an international environment.

The role involves lifecycle development, Lean/Agile practices, and collaboration on containers, cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD, and documentation. Polish location and English proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of software development with C++ or Go.
• Experience using AI agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or computer science.
• Knowledge of software development practices (code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing).
• Troubleshooting skills and debugging reported issues.
• Intermediate-level English.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in Linux environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop the core network software across the lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, verification, and documentation).
• Work in Lean and Agile cross-functional teams with continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Give attention to tools design, integration, and PLM support, and help maintain product documentation.
