Job summary

Ericsson in Łódź, Poland is seeking a C++ Software Developer to join the Radio Software Development team. Hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week, contributing to 5G evolution and 6G innovation.

You will design, develop, and optimize radio software using C++, with Java test frameworks in an Agile environment. Strong Linux skills and CI/CD familiarity are expected for embedded development across software and hardware teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of object-oriented C++ programming experience.
• Strong understanding of Linux-based development environments.
• Familiarity with version control, build systems, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of 4G/5G wireless, especially 3GPP specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test software solutions.
• Develop software applications primarily in C++, and Java-based test framework development.
• Participate in system design, software development, and testing of Radio Units.
• Coordinate with software and hardware teams for end-to-end embedded development.
