Job summary

Ericsson Łódź is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join its 5G development team on-site. You’ll contribute to core network software using C++ or Go and gain exposure to AI agents in a collaborative, international environment.

You will analyze requirements, develop and verify software, design tools, and help maintain documentation while working in Lean and Agile teams with modern cloud-native stacks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of software development experience with C++ or Go.
• Experience using AI agents.
• A bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and assess impact on software architecture.
• Develop, integrate, verify, and simulate software.
• Design tools and create/maintain product documentation.
