Job summary

Product Pulse is building AI agents that live inside Slack and Teams, connecting to thousands of tools to deliver real work for finance, marketing, ops, and engineering. We’re hiring a Mid-Senior Software/AI Engineer for full-time remote work in Poland to craft reliable agent runtimes and broad integrations in a fast-paced, small team.

You’ll ship daily, reason about trade-offs, and contribute to a product that replaces a large swath of the SaaS stack with a single teammate.

Qualifications

• Experience building or significantly modifying AI agents
• Fluency in agentic coding workflows
• Experience with systems thinking and technical trade-offs
• Ability to ship to production quickly
• Onsite work in Munich, New York, or Warsaw

Responsibilities

• Build the agent runtime with sandboxed execution and tool orchestration
• Ship integrations using OAuth, webhooks, and schema mapping
• Run the infrastructure with container orchestration and autoscaling
• Ship product features directly to users via Slack and Teams
• Tackle building tasks across a small team with large surface
