Job summary

You will contribute to development planning processes, including supplier coordination, and collaborate with world-class engineers, architects, and product managers. Responsibilities include delivering features, full lifecycle development, and daily client communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development.
• 3+ years of experience delivering software through full lifecycle (analyze, design, implement, build, test, support).
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and JUnit.
• Excellent English communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Nice to have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), JavaScript and/or TypeScript, and Protocol Buffers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and refine the codebase to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Communicate directly with the client on a daily basis, engaging with stakeholders and product teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to build a scalable, high-performance platform used by external customers.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle—from analysis and design through implementation, testing, and support.
• Operate as a proactive, self-governing team member in a modern engineering environment valuing transparency, trust, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and refine the existing codebase to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Communicate directly with the client on a daily basis, participating in discussions with stakeholders and product teams
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and architects to build a scalable, high-performance platform leveraged by external customers for next-generation applications and solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle — from analysis and design through implementation, testing, and support
• Operate as a proactive, self-governing team member in a modern engineering environment that values transparency, trust, individual mastery, and autonomy

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating software through full system implementation life-cycle (analyze, design, implement, build, test, support)
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and JUnit
• Strong self-management, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to deliver on time with quality as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with proven experience in client-facing interactions
• Nice to have Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Familiarity with Protocol Buffers
