ING Poland ищет опытного Java-разработчика для разработки проприетарных приложений, поддерживающих общение с бизнес-клиентами. Вы будете создавать масштабируемые сервисы на Java 17+/Spring Boot, работать с REST и микросервисами, писать тесты и документацию.

Работа в зрелом IT-division, участие в миграциях в облако, DevOps-практики. Зарплата 16–20 тыс. злотых брутто в месяц, медицинское страхование и обучение.

Qualifications

• Не менее 5 лет коммерческого опыта работы с Java.
• Обязательно знание Java 17+ и Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
• Понимание RESTful API и архитектуры микросервисов.
• Опыт работы с базами данных и SQL, умение писать и оптимизировать запросы.
• Практический опыт Apache Kafka и проектирования асинхронной коммуникации.
• Опыт использования Redis как кэша/хранилища данных.
• Знание шаблонов проектирования, Clean Code, SOLID, практик разработки.
• Умение диагностировать производительность и проблемы в продакшене.
• Умение писать модульные тесты.
• Чтение UML документации.
• Хороший уровень английского; владение польским на уровне C1.

Responsibilities

• Проектируете и развиваете приложение с учетом стандартов, учитывая производительность и безопасность.
• Проводите тестирование созданного.
• Работаете на основе Code Review.
• Создаете техническую документацию и участвуете во встречах по сбору требований.
• Создаете скрипты для автоматизации развёртывания.
• Поддерживаете аналитиков в проектировании решений.
• Оказываете поддержку в продакшене и исправляете баги.

Join the team responsible for developing proprietary applications that support communication with ING's business clients. We create solutions that present personalized messages in online and mobile banking, supporting marketing activities and sales processes. We develop key applications with extensive business logic, delivering strategic initiatives related to architectural transformation and building modern solutions that meet clients' needs in real time.

• You design and develop the application in line with applicable standards, taking performance and security aspects into account.
• You test what you build.
• You work based on Code Review.
• You create technical documentation and participate in requirements-gathering workshops.
• You create scripts to automate deployments.
• You support analysts in completing tasks by participating in solution design.
• You provide production support and fix any bugs that arise.

Требования

• You have at least 5 years of commercial experience working with Java.
• You have a good knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
• You have a good understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• You are proficient in databases and SQL, including the ability to write and optimize queries for performance.
• You have practical knowledge of Apache Kafka, including designing asynchronous communication, error handling, retries, and performance and scalability considerations.
• You have practical experience with Redis used as a cache, data store, or element of an event-driven architecture.
• You have a good knowledge of design patterns, Clean Code principles, SOLID, and software engineering practices.
• You can diagnose performance and production issues.
• You can write unit tests, which you consider an integral part of application development.
• You can read technical documentation in UML notation.
• You have a good command of spoken and written English.
• You speak Polish fluently — minimum C1.

• You have experience with Apache Spark or other solutions for processing large volumes of data;
• You have experience with Apache Airflow in process orchestration and data pipelines;
• You know data warehouse concepts (DWH/HDLA) and Data Lake / Lakehouse architectures;

• You know Kubernetes and Docker;
• You have experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• You have experience monitoring applications (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK)
