Job summary

Solid, partnering with one of the world’s largest banks, is building a next‑gen investment platform. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Java applications for Android banking platforms and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features.

Join a hybrid role in Kraków, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers, ensure code quality, and work with Spring, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and cloud services while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong OO programming and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Git version control proficiency.
• Knowledge of unittesting frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, MyBatis).
• Understanding of secure coding practices is a must.
• Experience in banking/fintech sector is an advantage.
