Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Cloud Developer to join Sii Polska, delivering modern digital solutions for business clients. You will work on a product area focused on virtual card services and digital platforms that support innovative business models.

The role involves building payments workflows, invoicing, and card/account management across mobile and web applications, with external APIs and a blend of greenfield work and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java development experience of at least 4 years.
• Strong knowledge of Spring (Boot, Data, Cloud), JUnit, Spock, JPA, Hibernate.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Redis.
• Practical experience with cloud and containerization technologies (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience building and integrating REST/SOAP APIs, including Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and development tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Gradle.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and system improvements in Java cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs with proper Swagger/OpenAPI docs.
• Contribute to technical documentation and code quality initiatives.

You will be part of a product area focused on virtual card services and digital platforms that support innovative business models such as Click & Collect and fleet management solutions.

Those systems enable end-to-end management of payments and communication with business customers, including fueling, car wash services, invoicing, and card/account management. The portfolio spans both mobile and web applications, as well as external APIs (e.g., Payment-as-a-Service), serving primarily Scandinavian and Baltic markets. You’ll work across a mix of greenfield development and enhancements to existing systems.
