Job summary

Inetum Polska, part of the Inetum Group, seeks a Java Software Engineer to join our banking integrations team. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services, focusing on Calypso and PayHub integrations and REST APIs.

The project demands high quality and reliability, with close collaboration with analysts and testers. We offer a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 at home), strong mentoring, and a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with Java.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend components using Java.
• Design and implement integrations between Calypso and PayHub.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs.
• Implement asynchronous communication using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Analyze and troubleshoot integration and production issues.
• Work with PostgreSQL, including creating and analyzing SQL queries.
• Participate in requirements analysis and the implementation of new functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with business/system analysts, testers, and other technical teams.
• Support integration testing and deployments of new solution versions.
• Contribute to the reliability and quality of integrations within the banking ecosystem.
