Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a backend developer to join a team building Java and Spring-based services for a large-scale e-commerce platform. You will develop and maintain backend solutions, manage product relationships and variants, and process large data volumes in a high-traffic environment.

Hybrid work in Poznań or Rzeszów, 2 days in office and 3 days remote, with collaboration on microservices, distributed systems, and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with Java.
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Independence and strong problem-solving skills.
• Openness to learning new technologies and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend solutions primarily in Java and Spring.
• Build mechanisms for creating and managing product relationships and variants.
• Processing large volumes of product data.
• Developing solutions operating in a high-traffic e-commerce environment.
• Working with microservices and distributed systems.
• Using AI-assisted development tools as part of your everyday work.
• Contributing to solutions based on LLMs, ML models and AI agents.
• Working with Big Data and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborating with the team on solving complex technical and product challenges.
• Occasionally contributing to frontend development, depending on your interests and project needs.
