Jit is seeking an experienced Backend Java Engineer to join a growing financial platform team. You will design and build backend services in Java/Spring Boot, focusing on scalable microservices and secure integrations with KYC, payments providers, and CRM systems.

You'll collaborate with architects and product teams across Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, with 1-2 days in the office weekly, and mentor peers while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse integrations.
• Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity management solutions.
• Experience integrating external payment providers.
• Understanding of KYC, onboarding or customer verification processes.
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Fluent English in professional context.
• Engineering degree is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse.
• Develop and maintain integrations with payment providers and KYC solutions.
• Integrate authentication and identity services based on AWS Cognito.
• Design scalable APIs and microservices.
• Ensure security, reliability and compliance of business-critical systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and architecture discussions.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and share engineering best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.
