ING Hubs Poland invites graduates to join the International Talent Programme (ITP) as a trainee. The two-year journey includes three rotations with potential international assignment, starting in October 2026, leading to a permanent role.

You will be part of an international environment with rotations in Warsaw and Katowice, and a global onboarding in Amsterdam. Throughout the program you will gain hands-on experience in project management, CI/CD, Linux, and collaboration with business partners,

Qualifications

• University degree completed.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Max 2 years of work experience outside studies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable in Linux environments.
• Basic scripting or programming skills.
• Willingness to work in an international setting.
• Able to build relationships with business partners and make decisions.
