Job summary

ING Poland invites graduates to join the International Talent Programme on the Risk track. This two-year global traineeship offers three rotations across teams, with the possibility of an international rotation and a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office).

You will explore financial, operational and credit risk, build models, analyse data, and design risk system architectures, while developing core skills and networking across ING worldwide.

Qualifications

• University degree required in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in risk, analytics or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across different teams and projects.
• Take ownership of your development and seek further rotations.
