Job summary

ING Poland invites graduates to join the International Talent Programme on the Risk track. This two-year global traineeship offers three rotations across teams, with the possibility of an international rotation and a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office).

You will explore financial, operational and credit risk, build models, analyse data, and design risk system architectures, while developing core skills and networking across ING worldwide.

About Project

If you’re passionate about Risk Analysis, you can join the International Talent Programme on the Risk track at one of the largest banks in Poland. On the ITP Risk track, you will have the opportunity to explore areas such as financial risk, operational risk and credit risk, build models, analyse data or design the architecture of risk systems.

International Talent Programme is a two-year global traineeship where you can discover different parts of our organisation across three rotations, one of which may even be abroad. After these rotations you can move into a permanent role.

During The Programme You Will

• complete three rotations across different teams and projects
• take ownership of your development: after the first rotation, you actively leverage your network and initiative to arrange further rotations
• join Global Learning Experiences in Amsterdam (global events) designed to kick off and close your ITP journey, where you learn about ING’s strategy, banking fundamentals, and develop personal skills like communication, stakeholder management and growth mindset

You’re a great fit if you

• hold a university degree in in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Law, or a related field
• are fluent in English and Polish
• have up to 2 years of professional experience, gained through internships, placements or early-career roles relevant to risk, analytics or financial services
• are passionate about finance and technology
• have been active in student organisations, academic societies, volunteering or extracurricular initiatives
• believe that data and its interpretation can be a key competitive advantage and that every number tells a story
