Expected salary: 8,900 PLN.

Program Overview

The ING International Talent Programme (ITP) is a two‑year journey that starts in October 2026 with three rotations, one of which may be abroad if circumstances allow. After completing the rotations, you will begin your permanent role within ING.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• No more than 2 years of work experience outside studies.
• Basic hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (from studies, internships or personal projects).
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Basic scripting or programming skills.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
• Ability to build relationships with business partners and make decisions.

Additional Skills

• Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• Basic knowledge of databases.
• Exposure to infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
• International experience.
• Leadership activities (charity, leading a group, active in an organization such as AIESEC).
