Job summary

Philips is offering a Services Intern position in the Italian language group, supporting back‑office activities for the EMEA region. You will update databases, prepare Lean Daily Management boards, and manage data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.

You will join a diverse, multinational team and contribute to efficient service delivery while gaining exposure to a global health technology company. Hybrid work arrangements are available and the internship lasts 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in at least the 2nd year of Bachelor's Degree studies.
• You are fluent in English and Italian languages and you have basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support back‑office daily activities for the EMEA region, including updating internal databases and preparing Lean Daily Management boards.
• Manage medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with a multinational team to deliver efficient services and foster customer satisfaction.
