Job summary

Philips is offering a Services Intern role in the Services Delivery Department. You will support back-office activities for Customer Service across the EMEA region, including updating databases, preparing Lean Daily Management boards, and managing medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.

This hybrid internship (6-12 months) is open to students from at least the 2nd year, with fluent English and basic Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in at least the 2nd year of Bachelor's degree studies.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support back-office activities for Customer Service in the EMEA region.
• Update internal databases and prepare Lean Daily Management boards.
• Manage medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.
• Collaborate with a diverse multinational team to ensure effective service delivery.
