Job summary

Philips in Łódź is seeking a Services Intern with Italian to support the EMEA customer service back‑office, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data handling.

You will work with SAP and Salesforce ServiceMax, update databases, prepare Lean Daily Management boards, and collaborate with a diverse multinational team in a hybrid office setting.

This 6–12 month civil-contract internship offers flexible hours and a path to grow in an international health-tech company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in at least the 2nd year of Bachelor's Degree studies.
• Fluent in English and Italian with basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support back-office daily activities for the EMEA region, update internal databases, prepare Lean Daily Management boards, and manage medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.
• Deliver efficient services to clients across the EMEA region, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with a diverse multinational team from 20 nationalities and coordinate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure effective service delivery.
