Job summary

Philips is seeking a Services Intern with German to support the EMEA Customer Service back-office operations from Poland. You will assist in updating internal databases, preparing Lean Daily Management boards, and managing medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.

You will join a diverse, multinational team and gain hands-on experience in an international setting with a hybrid work arrangement and flexible hours aligned to your university schedule.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in at least the 2nd year of Bachelor's degree studies.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Willing to learn in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Support back-office daily activities for the EMEA region, including updating internal databases and preparing Lean Daily Management boards.
• Manage medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.
• Contribute to delivering efficient services to clients across the EMEA region and foster customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multinational team across departments to ensure effective service delivery.
