Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an HR Operations Senior Specialist to lead Italian employee lifecycle administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy. You will collaborate with payroll, legal, and authorities while driving process improvements in Workday.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, 4+ years in Italian HR Operations, and familiarity with INPS/INAIL; Workday experience is a plus. Hybrid working arrangement with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Operations experience for the Italian market.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employee administration.
• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience with Italian authorities (INPS, INAIL, Ministry of Labour).
• Ability to execute statutory communications in compliance with Italian law.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate statutory communications and declarations with public authorities.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits with proper documentation.
• Act as liaison between HR, Legal, Payroll, external providers and regulators.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impact to HR processes.
• Maintain HR systems data quality and support Workday activities.
