Procter & Gamble Aleksandrów Plant seeks a Site IT Operations Trainee to drive end-to-end IT/OT engineering and keep plant systems compliant, secure, and resilient. You’ll work on a subset of the responsibilities across digital technology and security, gaining hands-on experience in a 24x7 manufacturing setting.

The program emphasizes mentorship, continuous training, and rapid exposure to real projects, with 6–12 months duration and potential for progression.

Formación

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent Polish and proficient English required.
• Strong leadership, fast learning, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Job Description

Are you interested in leading end-to-end IT engineering and operational technology (OT) for a manufacturing site that produces iconic brands used worldwide? Procter & Gamble Plant in Aleksandrow Lodzki is seeking Trainee who is passionate about ensuring that all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently, with proper resilience to maintain compliance and security.

In this role, you will be encouraged to drive continuous improvement while building your supply chain experience and gaining deep mastery in IT operations. As a Site IT Operations Trainee, you will be a change agent at the site, ensuring that new technologies support an always-on, secure, and compliant workforce operating 24x7.

Example Responsibilities by Role Type:

• Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan, aligning investments with business priorities and value creation. Lead critical projects, drive digital operational excellence, mitigate system risks, and ensure the compliant deployment of digital solutions. Implement scalable technologies and processes that improve efficiency, leveraging ITIL, project management, and leadership expertise to align stakeholders and deliver results across teams.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: Develop, deploy, and ensure the execution of the site security strategy through the implementation of industry-leading security technologies, systems, and processes. Lead threat identification and risk mitigation efforts across the plant, while building, maintaining, and advising on a defense-in-depth security posture that encompasses Industrial Control Systems, network security, endpoint security, and application security. Oversee the local incident response process, conduct self-assessments, and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal policies and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications

• Are you pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or have you graduated within the last 12 months?
• Are you fluent in Polish?
• Are you proficient in English?
• Do you possess strong leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment?
• Are you an open-minded individual who is a fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams?
