You’ll work on a subset of the responsibilities across digital technology and security, gaining hands-on experience in a 24x7 manufacturing setting.

The program emphasizes mentorship, continuous training, and rapid exposure to real projects, with 6–12 months duration and potential for progression.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent Polish and proficient English required.
• Strong leadership, fast learning, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead subset of responsibilities for the Trainee role as described, focusing on IT/OT integration and security.
• Assist inSite Digital Technology and Cyber Security initiatives relevant to a manufacturing site.
• Support continuous improvement and hands-on IT operations within a 24x7 industrial environment.
